Liquid nitrogen storage tank overview:
The series of cryogenic storage tanks are double-layer fixed vacuum powder insulation storage tanks (storage tanks). The inner tank is made of stainless steel (the carbon dioxide storage tank is 16MnDR) and the outer casing is made of Q235B or 16MnR. The surface anti-corrosion coating adopts the processes of sandblasting, rusting, purging, spraying, etc., and adopts a two-component fast curing liquid coating.
Liquid nitrogen storage tank application range and characteristics:
One cubic meter of liquid can replace 130 gas cylinders. It can replace the daily transportation with gas cylinders, saving a lot of human and material resources. Widely used in gas industry, hospitals, metal smelting and other users with large gas consumption, is an excellent product to achieve centralized gas supply. It has the characteristics of long service life, compact structure, small floor space, centralized control and convenient operation.
Liquid nitrogen storage tank operating procedures
1. Check if the pressure inside the tank is normal (normal range: 0.45Mpa~0.65Mpa). When the tank pressure is too high, open the vent valve to depressurize. When the tank pressure is too low, the boost valve is opened for pressurization.
2. Open the gas supply valve after the vaporizer, and the gas station starts working.
3. The duty officer must patrol the liquid nitrogen storage tank frequently, so as to record at least 2 times a day.
4. When the liquid is added, the on-duty personnel must supervise on the spot, do a good job of counting the amount of liquid addition, and record.
5. The duty officer should pay close attention to the liquid level display of the storage tank when inspecting. When the indication value of the liquid level display of the No. 1 storage tank is lower than 400mm, it should be switched to the No. 2 storage tank for nitrogen supply. When the liquid level display indication value of the No. 2 storage tank is lower than 2500mm, it should report to the team leader in time, and the team leader should contact the liquid oxygen supplier to supply liquid nitrogen in time after confirmation.
6. When the vaporizer is seriously frosted, the defrosting work should be done in time.
7. It is strictly forbidden to contact liquid nitrogen storage tanks containing acid, alkali and oil.
8. When the liquid nitrogen storage tank is found to be working abnormally, report it to the team leader and contact the maintenance personnel for repair.
9. The storage and use location of liquid nitrogen storage tanks is a key fire and explosion-proof part. A prominent fire-proof sign must be set up. Non-workers are prohibited from entering.
